Oh and he was the only one I saw working there that wasn’t wearing gloves, all the other woman had lasted gloves on when touching their clients with this pandemic going on and all. That’s too bad cause I was willing to spend money to get what I wanted but was treated like I didn’t have enough money. So all in all it was not a good first impression. Now I just looked at my bank account and realized I was charged 10 more than what I was told so I have to go back down there tomorrow.

I stopped her on the 3rd one and said “I need a different person to work on my nails.” She said no, and then kept going?!!! After 4 days, both my daughter’s gel finger nails and mine are cracking and chipping. I had Hannah – wow was she horrible! She is crazy with her sanding machine! Three of my cuticles were sanded and bloodied. Then, we were taken to the manicure tables.
